Southern Communications, a family of five radio stations serving Southern West Virginia, is seeking an experienced Traffic Director to join our team!

This is a critical position within our organization, with a direct impact on our advertisers, on-air programming, and company revenue. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage commercial scheduling and traffic operations across all five radio stations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain accurate daily commercial logs
- Enter, process, and update advertising orders
- Manage commercial inventory and scheduling
- Coordinate commercial scripts and ensure audio is ready for broadcast
- Handle schedule revisions and last-minute changes
- Reconcile completed broadcast logs
- Support accurate advertiser billing and reporting
- Meet daily deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

- Previous radio or broadcast traffic experience is Required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
