The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) announced today that Jerry Lewis, renowned entertainer and humanitarian, will receive the NAB Distinguished Service Award (DSA) during the 2015 NAB Show.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A bipartisan group of 11 Members of House of Representatives and two Senators have joined a coalition co-sponsoring the Local Radio Freedom Act, a resolution that opposes "any new performance fee, tax, royalty, or other charge" on local broadcast radio stations. The resolution now has 144 co-sponsors in the House of Representatives and nine in the Senate.

Peter Guber, founder, chairman and CEO of Mandalay Entertainment Group, will deliver opening remarks at the 2015 NAB Show in Las Vegas. NAB Show is the world's leading convention for professionals who create, manage and distribute entertainment across all media platforms. The keynote session will take place Monday, April 13, following NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith's "State of the Broadcast Industry" address.
