WASHINGTON, D.C. -- In response to the close of Stage 3 of the forward auction of the broadcast spectrum incentive auction after one round of bidding,, the following statement can be attributed to NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith:

Nationally-syndicated radio personality Delilah will be inducted into the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Broadcasting Hall of Fame at the 2017 NAB Show. The induction will occur during the Radio Luncheon, held Tuesday, April 25 in Las Vegas.

A new NAB Podcast, entitled Navigating Photo Copyright Law: Protecting Your Station from a Lawsuit, is available now. The podcast explores this increasingly important topic and how stations can avoid alleged and real copyright infringement claims.
