WASHINGTON, D.C.-- ABC News Chief Global Affairs Correspondent Martha Raddatz and National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) President and CEO Gordon Smith will headline a keynote session on Thursday, October 18 at NAB Show New York. The pair will discuss Raddatz’s experience as a war correspondent, White House reporter, moderator of both Presidential and Vice Presidential debates, and the importance of broadcast journalism in an era of social media unrest.

ORLANDO, FL - Today at the 2018 Radio Show, the National Radio Systems Committee (NRSC), a technical standards-setting body co-sponsored by the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), formed the Data Services and Metadata (DSM) Subcommittee. The new group will focus on digital information that radio broadcasters send to their audiences via the growing data transmission technologies in use today. The DSM will develop guidelines and standards related to data and technologies.

ORLANDO, FL -- Total attendance reached 2,130 for the 2018 Radio Show, held this week in Orlando. This represents a nearly 8 percent increase over the 2017 Radio Show in Austin where registered attendance totaled 1,974.
