WVRC Media of Beckley, WV is looking for a Program Director for one of its Country radio stations – 99.5 The Big Dawg WJLS. Candidate will provide leadership and oversight in the execution of excellent on-air sound and image for the station and will also be responsible for hosting a live show each day. If you are problem solver and a great time manager then this is a perfect opportunity for you in a great radio company. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, hosting a live air shift, overseeing station staff, organizing promotional events, and monitoring station to ensure a high degree of competitiveness. Knowledge of Wide Orbit Automation and Cool Edit Pro is a must.
