WASHINGTON – Reps. Tony Cárdenas (D-CA) and Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) yesterday afternoon sent a letter to the Federal Communications Commission expressing concerns regarding the FCC's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking examining expanded operations in the C-band, a swath of spectrum used by content producers every day to deliver news, sports and other popular content for their broadcasts.
